This is a very easy homemade bagel recipe if you have a stand mixer (like a kitchenaid)! If you don't have a stand mixer and you need to mix this dough by hand, there will be a need for a little bit of strength, but simple recipe nonetheless! You will need: Ingredients: 1 and 1/2 cups water, room temperature 2 and 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast - high altitude adjustment: 2 teaspoons 4 tablespoons brown sugar, divided in half 1 tablespoon kosher salt 4-5 cups bread
